3. Stroll around the Christmas market

The Saint-Léonard de Noblat Christmas market is one of the last Christmas markets in Haute-Vienne. It takes place every year on 23 December from 2 pm to midnight ⌛

Immerse yourself in the magic of Christmas in the enchanting setting of the well-preserved historic centre of Saint-Léonard de Noblat! Stroll with your family amongst the stalls, where you’ll find both local produce and unique handcrafted creations… The perfect place for your last-minute Christmas shopping and gifts! 🎁

Don’t miss the spectacular descent of Father Christmas from the bell tower of the collegiate church at 3 pm – a real treat for your children’s eyes! You’ll then enjoy a glass of freshly pressed apple juice, sample sweet and savoury treats, or warm up with a glass of mulled wine, all whilst soaking up the friendly atmosphere in the heart of the Limousin. Not to mention the new additions for 2025: a magic show at 5pm and a fireworks display at 8pm! 🦌

A real treat! On Saturday 13 December, the Collegiate Church of Saint-Léonard de Noblat invites you to rediscover the spirit of Christmas and its warmth. 🕯️ The Beaupeyrat Institution Choir and the Limoges University Choir come together for a concert filled with tenderness and spirituality. 🙏

Four exceptional voices – soprano, mezzo-soprano, tenor and baritone – join the adult and children’s choirs in a programme celebrating the most beautiful of nights. Accompanied on the piano by Sébastien Sanchez, their voices will light up the Romanesque vaults of this magical venue. ❤️ A joyful and spiritual moment beneath the thousand-year-old stones of the collegiate church!
