The Pelaude fondue, a signature dish that will delight your taste buds. It’s a Burgundian fondue with red meat Limousine from artisan butcher Hugues Brugalières. The meat is cooked in a 33-spice preparation and vegetables created by chef Jules.
The little plus ❤️? Enjoy your meal by the fireplace in the dining room.
Useful information: Jules and Françoise welcome a maximum of 15 guests. Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance and choose the menu and dishes you would like to eat. This guarantees local produce and shorter waiting times on arrival.
