Jean-Marc and Jérôme came up with the original idea of setting up a potato vending machine in the farmyard, accessible 7 days a week. Several varieties are on offer: the excellent firm-fleshed Laurette, Anoé, perfect for salads, Rosabelle with its soft, melting flesh, and the versatile Anaïs, Monalisa and Bintje. Sold in 10 and 25 kg bags.
