Free program open to all, on the first Sunday of each month. The day alternates between meditation, talks and discussion groups. For beginners or experienced practitioners. The program is led by an experienced teacher. People new to meditation will receive meditation instruction. They will rub shoulders with other more experienced practitioners, as well as with members of the Dechen Chöling center staff. Teaching and instructions are given in French. The day is coordinated by volunteers from the Shambhala Limousin group.
