Description
For almost 28 years, Graines de Rue has been bringing Bessines-sur-Gartempe to life with street arts and live entertainment. Every Whitsun weekend, the festival transforms the town into a veritable artistic playground, where theater, circus, music and dance mingle in the public space. The family-friendly event attracts over 9,000 spectators, many of them children, with special days for schoolchildren. The event features companies from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and beyond, as well as premieres and young amateur talents performing under professional conditions. A festive event, accessible to all, where culture is experienced outdoors and shared.
