Intermezzo is a choir founded in 1983 by Dominique Desmons, the well-known Limousin singer. Françoise Delicq, opera singer and singing teacher, took over from him from 1993 to 2020. A new conductor took over in November 2021: Bénédicte Chevalier. The repertoire is deliberately varied, ranging from classical, religious and secular music, to Renaissance songs and contemporary compositions, not forgetting jazz, folk and French variety. The choir sings in every language, in every key, from every rooftop! After all, the most important thing is the pleasure of singing? But no pleasure without seriousness?
