Description
Through exercises involving anchoring, breathing, listening, balance and rhythm, the workshop prepares you for spinning, a gesture that consists of turning on oneself in a meditative and poetic perspective. It's a practice that requires familiarization and provokes unsettling bodily and/or emotional sensations. Each person is invited to progress at his or her own pace, with no objective other than exploration.
