Journées Européennes du Patrimoine - visite du château de Losmonerie

Come discover Losmonerie Castle as part of the 2026 European Heritage Days. Built in 1540 in the style of a Renaissance country house. The tapestries and furnishings are classified as Historic Monuments. Three gardens that have been awarded the “Jardin Remarquable” designation are also worth exploring: a formal, flower-filled garden surrounding the historic buildings; an edible garden featuring over 100 varieties of raspberries; and a wild garden along the banks of the Vienne River. Tour of the castle’s interior with its listed furnishings, tour of the gardens, and educational activities for children on biodiversity. Five to six pine tree growers from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region will be present. No reservation required.
