2. La Compagnie des Simples
Bussière-Galant🌿 On her small aromatic and medicinal plant farm in the Périgord Regional Nature Park, Élodie grows and harvests her plants in compliance with the “SIMPLES” specifications, which guarantee production according to the principles of agrobiology, with respect for the earth, fauna, flora and people.
💮 Every day, Élodie picks her plants by hand, sorts them carefully, dries them at a low temperature to preserve their colour, flavour and all their virtues, then makes herbal teas, aromatic blends, balms, oily macerates and herbal syrups. 🌬️ Sweet and passionate, she invites you to share her knowledge during various workshops at her home, on request: making balms, syrups, herbal tea blends, etc.

6. Hipollène Flower farm
Aixe-sur-VienneMathilde and Mathieu have recently set up their flower farm in Aixe-sur-Vienne, where they are cultivating the “slow flower” movement, a sustainable approach to flower growing that aims to promote a more respectful relationship with flowers, from their cultivation to their use. 👒
