Chloé is a farmer, miller and baker. At her Ferme du Champ O sac, she grows only ancient wheats, and her stone mill produces rich flours used to make tasty, quality bread, baked over a wood fire, with excellent keeping qualities. Order your bread on Sunday and collect it on Tuesday (6pm-7.30pm), Wednesday (9am-12pm) and Thursday (5.30pm-7.30pm). Pick-up day to be agreed when ordering.
