Located in Pageas, in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, this family-run business has transformed a barn into a smoking workshop dedicated to seafood products. Passionate about the quality and generosity of their products, Lionel and Isabelle smoke salmon, tuna, haddock and fish eggs, as well as preparing tarama, accras, gravlax, seafood paella and marinated herring, depending on the season. Maison Delbruyère also offers fresh fish from Boulogne-sur-Mer or La Cotinière, to be found at local markets.
