Les jardins de Matulia, run by Mathieu and Aurélia, is an organic farm characterized by polyculture - arboriculture, berries and cereals - which offers bakery products and fruit processing. Protecting and developing biodiversity is at the heart of their work. Products are harvested and processed on the farm.
With the ancient wheat, rye and buckwheat flour they make on the farm, they bake breads, brioches, pretzels and cookies. They also transform their fruit into jams, syrups, jellies and fruit jellies.
You can buy their products directly from the farm on Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the bakery.
