Based in Bussière-Galant, Thomas and Nadia raise around 40 goats on 16 hectares of natural pasture. Every day, hand-milking enables them to produce fresh cheeses, "bûches cendrées", "tommettes", yogurts and even a unique milk jam. An authentic taste of the Limousin terroir, sold directly on site and at markets.
