Isabelle and Antoine raise their goats at Ferme de la Pagenie, producing a wide range of fresh and ripened cheeses, yogurts, tome, a type of feta and a type of camembert. They practice long lactation with their 55 goats, all organically farmed. Open at the farm: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (5-7pm). You can also find them at the Panazol market on Sunday mornings.
