T3 duplex apartment combining old-world charm in the heart of Limoges, 1 minute walk from Place de la République. The apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished, and is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium. It comprises a bright, spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances including hob, microwave, hood and oven, refrigerator... On the night side, there are two areas, an independent bedroom with a dressing room and a 160x200 bed, and a second sleeping area upstairs on the large mezzanine level, with a drawer bed for 1 or 2 people, a shower room with toilet and a small laundry room. The sofa in the living room is also convertible. The accommodation therefore sleeps a maximum of 5 people. All amenities are within walking distance.
