The gîte is located in the countryside, with an unobstructed view, peace and fresh air guaranteed. The Mondon lake, located 1 km from the gîte, offers a wide range of activities (outdoor pool, pedalos, hiking....). 19th-century Limousin house with spacious rooms: ground floor with entrance/hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, children's playroom, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor (each with a 180x200cm bed), the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (one with a 160cm convertible bed, the other with a single bed and a 180x200cm bed). A bathroom on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor, two landings with office area. Furnished barn with wood-burning stove, ping pong table, pool table and large dining table.
Outdoor area with large plot of land, terrace and garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and children's games.
