Recently renovated, the house is located in the heart of the French countryside, in the Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin. This large property, which sleeps 8, has a living-dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds + shower room, one with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds), and a family bathroom with corner bath. Outside, a private park and woodland provide a peaceful setting for a relaxing vacation, with outdoor jacuzzi, terrace, games, swing, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, above-ground pool, trampoline.... Local shops and services 10 minutes away by car. The owners live on site in the adjacent property, but the gîte and pool are entirely private.
