Halfway between Limoges and Brive-la-Gaillarde, less than 15 minutes from the A20 motorway, Manoir de La Borie is a spacious 18th-century longère. Totally independent, it is accessed via a small road lined with hardwood trees. The manor opens south onto a lawn with a few trees for shade on sunny days. To the east, another large lawn area with a private heated swimming pool (open from May to the end of September, weather permitting) stretches out into the countryside. Completely renovated in 2024, this gîte successfully combines old-world charm: wide-open spaces, waxed parquet floors, wide staircase, granite walls, and 21st-century comfort: top-of-the-range kitchen and bathroom facilities, lounges and a variety of relaxation rooms with uninterrupted views of nature.
