145m² self-catering cottage located 20 minutes from Limoges in a quiet hamlet. South-facing and quiet, the house has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10. The gîte has a large covered terrace to enjoy evenings and a large garden. Located on a farm where Limousin cows are bred, it's possible to visit the farm for 1h30. Swimming pool 8m x 4m open from May to September, weather permitting, made of wood and chlorine-free to respect the environment. Children's games: trampoline, goal and basketball hoop. First floor: open-plan kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, 3 bedrooms, laundry/storage room. 2 bedrooms upstairs.
