Fondue Pelaude, what’s that? It’s based on the Burgundian fondue, a fondue of red meat from the Limousin breed that isn’t cooked in oil, but in a preparation by Chef Jules based on 33 spices and baby vegetables.
The meat is served with crudités, sauces and potato gratin.
