The Michelin-starred Table de la Chapelle Saint Martin opens onto the hotel's magnificent park, planted with centuries-old trees. Chef and owner Gilles Dudognon and his brigade rigorously select the finest regional produce. The result is a classic cuisine of character, sprinkled with inventive touches. The lounges and dining rooms offer a wealth of possibilities: romantic dinners, family meals on the terrace, cocktail parties and garden parties, "Ruches à manger"... there are many occasions...
