The Plaizentins are charming clay figurines created by Dominique Plaize, a talented sculptor and modeler. These cheerful characters adorn the facades, windows and railings of the houses in Ségur-le-Château, one of France's most beautiful villages, located in Corrèze on the border with Haute-Vienne.
Characters such as Sifflotin, Zéphrin and Sieur de Lavardin have seduced the inhabitants with their mischievous spirit, contributing to the liveliness and magic of the place. Today, there are over thirty of these creations, bringing a touch of gaiety to the village.
