This hideout has been restored by volunteers from the Association des Créateurs et Amis du Musée de la Résistance de Peyrat le Château, and was used as a resting or meeting place. Georges Guingouin, hunted by the police of Pétain and the Germans, came here on his way back from sabotaging the Wattelez rubber factory in Le Palais sur Vienne.
