The Lo 'Talhier joinery and cabinetmaking workshop is run by two former Ecole Boulle graduates, one in cabinetmaking, the other in furniture design. Specializing in the creation, custom manufacture and installation of furniture and joinery products in wood and wood products, the Lo ?Talhier workshop has preserved traditional techniques and know-how. Lo ?Talhier means "the workshop" in Occitan and is pronounced "lou talié". The name refers both to the linguistic and cultural heritage of our region, and to craftsmanship. At the Lo ?Talhier joinery and cabinetmaking shop, there are no catalogs, as all our creations are unique, preferably using wood from regional or hexagonal forests: hardwoods (oak, chestnut, cherry?) and softwoods (mainly larch and Douglas fir).
