The Romanesque church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Milhaguet dates back to the 12th century. Its portal, located at the end of the last nave bay on the south side, rests on two straight legs, with sawtooth mouldings forming the archivolt. The two-bay nave, covered by wainscoting, is lit by an occulus to the west. The three-sided choir, vaulted in a semi-dome shape and featuring epannel capitals, serves as the base for a bell tower, as in most rural churches in the region. A wrought-iron cross bearing the date 1903 stands just outside the church. The church was listed as a Monument Historique by decree of February 6, 1926. Milhaguet became part of Marval in 1973.
