Named after the plot of land on which it is located (altitude 400 m, 1.8 km from the village of Les Pierres). Composed of granulite, an abundant local rock. In good condition. Only part of the table remains, resting on 2 of the 5 pillars. Two distinct eras: Iron Age (grey pottery shards, black pottery debris, pottery handle, bronze ring, possibly from 1 dagger, iron fragments, possibly harness parts, charcoal, charred bone debris); richer, more varied Early Bronze (shards, fine pottery debris, pieces of very coarse red vase, 1 flat-bottomed vase debris, charred and vitrified flints, arrowheads, daggers, scrapers. This is one of the richest dolmens in the H-V region, with an abundance of pottery and cremated and un-cremated bones, which Limousin dolmens never yield because of their acidic soil. Bronze finds are also very rare in Limousin.
