Château de Lavauguyon

This medieval castle from the 12th and 15th centuries, now in ruins, is located in the heart of the village of Lavauguyon. The castle, built on a slope, dominates the Tardoire in a remarkable setting. The interior of the château comprised two vast main buildings and a large chapel.
