The miraculous chapel of Notre-Dame de Sauvagnac was built in the 12th century and belonged to the Commanderie de Paulhac (Order of Malta). It was owned by the Knights Templar and then the Hospitallers of St. John of Jerusalem until the French Revolution. The site subsequently became a place of pilgrimage. Inside: the statue of Notre-Dame de Sauvagnac (a replica of the one on display at the Musée de l'Évêché in Limoges), a listed 16th-century Pietà.
