Description
On the wild banks of the Vienne, the course from Brignac to Royères promises many surprises for anglers. Between fast-flowing and calmer sections, the river is home to a rich population of salmonids, cyprinids and carnivores. Fario trout, grayling, chub, pike or perch can all be tempted, depending on the season and the technique chosen. Carp anglers also have a dedicated night fishing area. Easy to access, the course can be fished from the shore or by float-tube downstream, with two parking areas on the right and left banks. After the session, extend the experience with fishing-approved accommodation, a hike along the river or a Terra Aventura treasure hunt for the kids. Accessible by train from Limoges, this spot is ideal for a nature fishing holiday in the Limousin.
