In 1989, the commune of Saint-Just-le-Martel decided to extend and refurbish its library and international documentation center for press cartoons and humor. In addition to its traditional missions, the library is dedicated to hosting high-profile art exhibitions and artists-in-residence, as well as offering the general public permanent cultural and artistic activities.
