A picnic area located in Arliquet Chapel Park, just outside the city on the way to Limoges.
The park is densely wooded and very pleasant in the summer, with four shaded tables available for your use.
This picnic area is located on the “Puys et vallées en Pays d’Aixe” hiking trail, making it a refreshing place to stop, especially since the Aurence River also flows through the park. Just a few steps outside the park are the two Arliquet ponds, where you can extend your walk around this iconic site.
With tables, a water fountain, and restrooms in the pilgrims’ hall—and a magnificent place to visit during opening hours—you’ll find yourself in an ideal and rejuvenating setting!
Please note that the park is closed in the evening and overnight.
