Round table discussion on the theme: "From the real to the imaginary in comics".
Today, comics are increasingly drawing on reality to offer a different view of the world, particularly in what are now known as graphic novels or reportage comics. And yet, since its very origins, the 9th art form has been inspired by reality to tell stories that are totally imaginary or unreal? So how do authors move so easily from the real to the imaginary?
With host and author Gilles Ratier, several regional comic artists will share their views and experiences: Aurélien Morinière, Christophe Compin, Jean Depelley, Evguénia de Fleury, Christian Laîné, Philippe Tomblaine and William Windrestin.
