Playwright, poet and novelist Michel Gendarme will talk to Hassane Kassi Kouyaté, director of Les Francophonies?Des écritures à la scène, about his artistic journey between France and Mali. The discussion will focus on his two plays: Le Rallye Papa Noël (2011), inspired by an accident during the Paris-Dakar Rally, and Le Voyage d?Amadou (les survivants) (2018), about migration to Europe. Anthropologist and filmmaker Dragoss Ouedraogo, who accompanied the Rallye Papa Noël tour to Mali, will present his documentary film Taama (2025, 60 min), recounting the moving encounter between the troupe, the young survivor, her family and the inhabitants of the village of Youri.
