As part of the Nuit de la Lecture (Night of Reading), the Espace culturel Jean Ferrat is organizing an evening on the theme of detective novels and thrillers! On this occasion, two authors will be present: Bruno Cadillon, screenwriter, director and writer, and Christophe Dijoux, author of the book "Les chemins d?une institutrice libre: 1833-1871", set in working-class Limoges. This historical investigation sheds light on the place of women in education before Jules Ferry, and the tensions between knowledge, morality and social conditions in a rapidly changing 19th century.
