Acquired by the Frac-Artothèque in 2024, this textile sculpture, composed of canvas modules each comprising two two-tone costumes, is representative of the way Nefeli Papadimouli combines architecture, sculpture, costume and performance. It evokes the history of labor and union struggles, and is part of the artist?s research into how collective bodies create new spatial and social configurations. This monumental work was produced for the 17th Lyon Biennial in 2024.
