The gallery is divided into 2 levels: on the first floor, works by Michel Humair, and upstairs, at least one work by 26 artists who are friends of Michel Humair. In each room, sculptures by artist John Vesty complement the works hanging on the picture rails. Michel Humair is a painter from the Nouvelle Ecole de Paris (1926-2019). He described his approach as "Impressionism of lyrical abstraction". Lydia Harambourg wrote in La Gazette de l?Hôtel Drouot, "Humair belongs to the second generation of an abstraction that favors gesture and movement underlying fervent emotion (?). This emotion is conveyed by colors and contrasts, by shapes and by a sensual material whose expressive richness he exploits in the service of what he wants to translate: the truth of his landscape".
