The Maison du Père Castor in Meuzac invites you to plunge into the magical world of the exhibition "Les Reliques des contes perlés". Artist Carine Borderie sublimates the famous tale of the Little Golden Fish through a precious, luminous creation, where pearls, gilding and delicate materials make up a veritable visual treasure. "With 'Les Reliques des contes perlés' I propose an exhibition in which fifteen paintings suspend, through cut paper and gold embroidery, the essential symbols of these tales. Each painting is a silent evocation, a precious fragment, a floating memory between light and shadow. The works are conceived in three dimensions, superimposing several planes of cut paper to create depth and invite the eye to sink gently into the tale."
