Exposition LE SENS DE LA MARCHE (PARIS – LIMOGES – PARIS)

As part of the festival La Culture au Grand Jour, discover the exhibition "Le sens de la marche (Paris ? Limoges ? Paris)". You never see the same landscape from one side of the wagon to the other, and you can't see both at the same time. What happened on the other side? What's behind it? Who's in the next car? There's this unchanging reality that the instantaneous gaze and movement transform, there are these landscapes seen a thousand times along all the railroads, but looked at each time differently according to what's inside you, and whose memory is distorted on each new journey, passed through the filter of thought staring at the horizon through the glass. Amateur photographer Anne Isabelle Devillers presents a series of black-and-white photos evoking the Paris-Limoges railroad line.
