Exposition : Face à la montée des eaux

Bruno Chaplot's new exhibition "Face à la montée des eaux" (Facing the rising waters) takes up residence at the Lighthouse. The artist offers a striking insight into a world shaped by water. Marked by the retreat of the coastline and recurrent flooding, he develops a work in which rising waters become a metaphor for our civilizational collapse. Water is omnipresent, no longer a mere backdrop but the architect of our future. Each painting features a character dressed in red, the common thread running through the exhibition, crossing the ages and submerged landscapes, embodying humanity in the face of the forces of nature and the question of the legacy left to future generations.

The vernissage will take place on Thursday, January 29 at 7pm, in the presence of the artist.
