Exposition ENTRE LES BRINS, LES PAYSAGES

As part of the festival La Culture au Grand Jour, discover the exhibition "Entre les brins, les paysages" by artists Patricia Labache and Hélène Joly. This exhibition brings together two ancestral practices, painting and basketry, and the landscapes of the Haute-Vienne region. While Patricia Labache surveys the banks of the Vienne and transcribes its energies and details, Hélène Joly cultivates the living soil of the Limousin and weaves its harvests. These two artists forge a dialogue between art and craft, where the techniques of painting and basketry resonate in the similarities of graphic constructions and wickerwork entanglements, where the landscape subject finds itself both reinvented in the space of painting and refabricated in the space of the hand.
