In March, the Centre Culturel Jean-Pierre Fabrègue invites students from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Art et de Design de Limoges to exhibit on its premises.
Being able to show their work as part of their studies gives them the chance to meet a public rarely present during their university studies, and to experience the demands of a public exhibition space. The carte blanche offered to these young 4th-year Art students not only enables them to confront their "pieces" in a collective space, but also to experience their presence. Their artistic gesture takes on a new meaning in the face of these challenges. The experience proposed here is intended to be open to questions about the place of the artist in today?s cultural landscape, but also an introspective experience that questions the desire to be, or how to inhabit the world around us differently.
