Through these loans and a renewed scenography, the public will discover the richness of this heritage, between tradition and contemporary creations.
In addition to some of the porcelain pieces already on display, the City of Limoges has benefited from loans of works from the SPEF (Syndicat Professionnel des Émailleurs Français), the Atelier du vitrail and the Chigot family, and from the collections of the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Limoges for certain enamels, such as the plaque (abstract composition) by Pierre Christel.
These works are freely accessible at the Hôtel de Ville during opening days and times (closed on Saturdays).
