To mark World Cancer Day, the Phoenix Attitude association is organizing a conference on the delicate issue of cancer diagnosis. This time of exchange will address the medical, professional and human issues involved in the diagnosis, its announcement to loved ones and recurrence.
The evening brings together Élise Deluche, professor and head of the oncology department at Limoges University Hospital, Juliette Peltier, cancer announcement nurse, and beneficiaries of the association, to share their expertise and experiences. The conference is designed to be participatory, and will be followed by a convivial aperitif and stands set up by local players. Open to all.
