One of France's most beautiful detours
The only Site Patrimonial Remarquable in the former Limousin region and a member of the “Plus Beaux Détours de France” network, Saint-Léonard de Noblat is an important stopover on the Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago de Compostela.
This once-fortified town, located near the Vienne river, grew up around the tomb of Saint Leonard, patron saint of prisoners. Its impressive Romanesque church is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the French Pilgrimage Route to Santiago de Compostela.
With its heritage, ancestral know-how and resolutely modern approach, ideally located between Limoges and the Lac de Vassivière, it’s a must for your group travels!
