I’m Sébastien Martin, artisan baker and chocolatier in Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, but also in the towns of Eymoutiers, Châteauneuf-la-Forêt and Bujaleuf.
Without being chauvinistic… I’d say Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, a beautiful medieval town with some very fine buildings, as well as a collegiate church listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
And of course, marzipan, to be eaten without moderation! 😋
🍃 It suits me because it promotes our destination, which deserves a stay!
🍃 It expresses all the authenticity of Made in Limousin thanks to our renowned crafts.
🍃 And it promotes the exceptional natural sites that make up its relief.
What I’m most proud of is being self-employed.
But also that the department has invited me to take part in the Salon de l’Agriculture in Paris in January 2024, to properly represent our beautiful destination and its know-how.
