Welcome to this natural setting, made up of two ponds, a forest and unspoilt natural areas! The Jourgnac ponds have been designed as a place to relax, unwind and contemplate the surrounding environment. Come and discover the 3 unusual accommodations: the yurt, the megapod and the Finnish kota. Julie and her husband will share with you, over a glass of wine after your visit to the accommodation, how they fell in love with the place and what they are doing to promote sustainable development, with various aspects including phyto-treatment, no-kill fishing and short distribution channels for the products they offer their customers. They will also talk about the other avenues they are exploring to pursue this eco-responsible approach. Chloé Valet, Head of Sustainable Development at SPL Terres de Limousin, will be pleased to speak to participants about the importance of taking action and working towards sustainable development in the tourism sector, through both small and large-scale initiatives.

Sustainable development is a key issue for the tourism industry.
