SPL Terres de Limousin, with Flux Vision Tourisme, observed 7.8 million overnight stays* for tourists, both commercial and non-commercial**, throughout the département.
3.4 million tourists visited the département in 2023. The majority were French (61%). Foreign tourists account for a significant share at 39%.
53.5% of overnight stays were during school vacations and public holidays, i.e. 4.2 million overnight stays.
