For 12 years, Benoit and Delphine Bessaguet have been the proud owners of their restaurant L’Instant Gourmand in Saint-Maurice-les-Brousses. We take you to meet this close-knit duo, offering sincere cuisine rooted in the values of LIMOUSIN nouveaux horizons! 🍃

Our three gourmet experiences

Driven by the values of conviviality, sharing and transmission, our duo, accompanied by Thomas and Mehdi, offers you three universes:

🍃 The brasserie section: Here, we offer a generous workers’ menu every day, as well as suggestions on the slate, always featuring local produce such as Limousin beef and lamb, but the star of our cuisine is the porc cul noir, our pride and joy.

🍃 The gastronomic part: refined cuisine, elegant dishes on Limoges porcelain, all in a warm atmosphere.

🍃 The catering service: Our bespoke catering service for events such as weddings or birthdays.

Limousins de coeur

Deeply attached to our Limousin roots, Delphine, originally from Saint-Junien, and I, from Laurière, who come from a farming family where my grandparents cultivated the land, grew up in the heart of this authentic region that inspires us every day.

This love of Limousin is reflected in my daily commitment to promoting the region and its riches, and in my proud cooking.

Benoit's favorite

I’m deeply attached to the Pont à l’Age lake in Laurière and the banks of the Ardour, places of childhood memories and serenity. For me, these authentic landscapes are refuges where I take the time to recharge my batteries, in the heart of soothing, unspoilt nature.
