Toques et Porcelaine de Limoges

The 11th edition of Toques & Porcelaine will be held in September 2025! It’s THE meeting place for French gastronomy and Limoges porcelain. Every two years, the city of Limoges welcomes gourmets for this gastronomic event, the only one of its kind in France. Toques & Porcelaine brings together gastronomic products and the art of the table, through meetings between chefs and porcelain makers of international renown.

The 50,000-strong event

For 3 days, a veritable gourmet trail takes over Limoges’ historic city center. You’ll find Toques & Porcelaine at Place de la République, Place de la Motte and Pavillon du Verdurier.

The principle of the event is to associate top chefs with Limoges porcelain factories and workshops: an opportunity to admire their know-how and delight your taste buds with local products.

On the program: Carré potager, free chef demonstrations, culinary workshops led by the brigade chefs, exceptional gala dinner by the 5-star brigade, brunch, lunch, farmers’ market, children’s entertainment…

Back to 2023

Every year, Toques & Porcelaine innovates and creates a unique event. The program and guests are kept secret until announced by the organizers a few months before the event.

The 2023 edition was marked by the participation of a brigade made up of five starred national chefs:

  • Nina METAYER: A leading figure in French patisserie, and one of the first female pastry chefs. She is the creator of Délicatisserie, the first digital patisserie.
  • Tom MEYER: 3rd in the 2017 Challenge du Président de la République, he won the Prix Culinaire Taittinger. In March 2022, he won a Michelin star.
  • Fanny REY: A finalist on the famous Top Chef TV show in 2011, she set up shop a year later in the heart of the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in an inn with a singular charm. Her dishes are always inspired by iodine and harmonious flavors.
  • Thibaut SPIWACK: Responsible cuisine marked by his world travels and encounters. He was awarded one of the first green stars in the Michelin guide. He advocates short circuits and seasonal produce.
  • Alan TAUDON: Born in Limoges, the chef has been officiating at the Four Seasons George V since 2015. Culinary traditions take pride of place in his cuisine, as do plant, seafood and dairy products.
