Regional Longe Côte Championship at Saint-Pardoux Lake

On March 29 and 30, 2025,Lac de Saint-Pardoux, one of Haute-Vienne’s top destinations, will host a major sporting event: the Championnat Régional de Longe-Côte.

Organized by the FFRandonnée Haute-Vienne and Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this event will bring together the best competitors in a warm atmosphere. 💦

Between sporting challenges and moments of sharing, this meeting will highlight an original discipline in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the Limousin.

Sporting and festive weekend

On March 29 and 30, 2025, Lake Saint-Pardoux will vibrate to the rhythm of the Championnat Régional de Longe-Côte.

On Saturday, the best competitors in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region will battle it out on specially designed courses in the heart of Santrop beach, offering an exceptional natural setting.

On Sunday morning, a brand-new Trail Longe-Côte event will provide an opportunity to discover this discipline from a new angle.

Local and eco-responsible commitment

The Championnat Régional de Longe-Côte au lac de Saint-Pardoux emphasizes a commitment to eco-responsibility.

Organized by the FFRandonnée in partnership with local players, this year’s event is part of a sustainable approach: optimized waste management, promotion of local products for catering, and raising awareness of environmental protection.

Program for the day

Competitors will be welcomed in the morning with the opening of the village, the distribution of race numbers and the first warm-ups. Races will follow one another throughout the day: 800m solo, 400m duo, 200m solo, 50m paddle and 4x100m paddle and many others, promising great sporting performances.

Alongside the competitions, the competitors’ village and local producers’ market will offer visitors a convivial break, with regional specialities to savour and local produce to take home.

The day will conclude with a medal ceremony, followed by a festive evening at the Razès village hall. On the program: a dinner featuring local flavors and a musical atmosphere hosted by a DJ. 🎶
